Recently, Sumec Flooring has supplied to one electronic parts factory project. This property has strict safety requirement. If the electrostatic blasted on electronic products, it could cause severe fire disaster. Therefore the floor covering material must be specially engineered to eliminate the risk of electro static discharge.

The project chose Sumec ESD Vinyl Tile, 2mm, 600*600mm. The quantity was over 58,000sqm. In order to provide the customer with best convenience and saving cost, we simultaneously provided same-colour welding rod 4mm diameter, conductive adhesive, and conductive copper strip.

For a better finishing result to repay the customer’s trust, Sumec company sent technicians to the site to give installation support. The technician gave advice on adhesive application technique, adhesive waiting period, welding gun temperature, welding rod trimming, roller pressing, etc.
