Recently, Sumec Flooring has supplied to one certain model of one bus manufacturer. This bus is a fully-seated passenger bus. Comfort and easy maintenance are the top priority of the passenger bus. Therefore the bus flooring must have good flexibility, stable dimension, within-budget price, and necessary anti-slip performance.

The manufacturer chose Sumec Luxury Bus Flooring 2mm, 2m*20m. The flooring comes with non-woven fabric on the back side. It has medium gray colour decorated by black and white sprinkles. The surface is embossed with concave-convex anti-slip embossing.

Different from sheet format project flooring, the floor-wall connection is done by a 7mm triangle profile welding rod welding rod, instead of cove former. The hot welding finishing has a faster speed and easier process management. It also presents a 100% water-tight surface which allows water pouring during cleaning.

The stair edge is covered by aluminum stair nosing aluminum stair nosing . It not only protects the outer corner from wearing, but also provides passenger with extra safety.
