Grassroots treatment
1. After installation of walls, ceilings, doors and windows, etc., clean the ground debris.
2. Remove sand, oil stains and leftovers on the surface of the base layer.
3. Clean the ground dust and sand.
4. After the ground is thoroughly cleaned, roll the interface agent evenly.
Self-leveling construction
1. Check whether the cement self-leveling meets the relevant technical standards. If expired, the self-leveling shall not be used.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of self-leveling into the dissolver, and dilute the self-leveling with clean water according to the product instructions.
3. Stir thoroughly until the cement self-levels and becomes a fluid state.
4. Sequentially pour the self-leveling on the construction ground and scrape it with a rake tooth scraper, the thickness is about 2-3mm.
5. Pedestrians and stacking items are not allowed within 4 hours after the completion of self-leveling construction.
Pay off
1. According to the design pattern, rubber floor specifications, room size, grid division, elastic line positioning.
2. Pop up the center cross line or diagonal line on the base layer, and pop up the parquet dividing line.
3. The border lines and lines that pop up on the wall must be fine and accurate.
4. Before laying the floor, arrange the lines dry, pre-assemble and number the boards.
Floor installation
1. First wipe the ground base layer with a brush or dry towel to clean and remove dust.
2. Apply the paste evenly on the base level with a toothed scraper, pave the board sequentially from the inside to the place, and use a roller or push plate to compact it after one or one construction surface is laid.
3. After the board is laid, judge the dryness and cleanliness of the adhesive according to the temperature, and then perform the board seam welding.
4. Before welding, cut the two adjacent edges into v-shaped grooves. The welding rod is made of the same composition as the plate to be welded, and the temperature of the hot air welding gun is adjusted to 180 degrees for welding.
5. After the welding rod is cooled, use a spatula to shovel the excess welding rod higher than the board surface to be flat, and pay attention not to shovel the floor surface during operation.
Matters needing attention: The base layer should be smooth, dry, and free of "no unevenness", "no adhesion", "no sanding" and other requirements. If it is a newly poured ground, it will take 30 days to dry; if it is a ground floor, it must be waterproofed first.
The temperature of the construction site is best to be between 10°C and 35°C, and the indoor ventilation effect should be good; the site must have lighting and water requirements, and be careful not to cross with other constructions.
